Nowadays the speed of technology utilization and production of innovation grow so rapidly that it raises the gap between education and human resource needs in the world of work and society. The challenge of 21st-century education is its role and strategy in bridging the gap between the education process in Higher Education with the world of work and the need for innovation.
One of the approaches used to accommodate the 21st-century education is Outcome-Based Education (OBE). OBE is an approach that emphasizes on the sustainability of the learning process in an innovative, interactive, and effective manner [1]. OBE affects the entire educational process, from the curriculum design; formulation of learning objectives and achievements; education strategy; the design of learning methods; assessment procedures; and the education environment.
