The Center for Innovation and Academic Studies (PIKA) has the following structure:
- Main Duty and Function Head of Center (Director of PIKA)
- Preparing Annual Activity and Budget Plans (RKAT) of Center for Innovation and Academic Studies;
- Formulate innovations and evidence-based academic policies to realize the mandate, vision and mission of Universitas Gadjah Mada integrated under the coordination of the Rector and Vice Rectors;
- Develop academic innovation and implementation strategy;
- Developing learning methods, evaluation systems, media utilization and learning resources, and implementation strategies;
- Designing the formula and strategic planning of Tridharma innovation and supporting program that will developed by units in Universitas Gadjah Mada
- Provide consultation on policy making in Universitas Gadjah Mada;
- Monitoring and evaluation of academic innovation and development of learning method, evaluation system, and utilization of media and learning resources;
- Assist in evaluating, synchronizing, and refining policies to support the implementation of innovation and academic policies;
- Synergize academic policies;
- Carry out cooperation activities in scope of innovation and academic studies;
- Prepare and submit reports on task implementation of Center for Innovation and Academic Review to the Rector through Vice Rector for Education, Teaching and Student Affairs.
- Main Duty and Function of PIKA Secretary
- Assist the Head to prepare the Annual Activity and Budget Plan (RKAT) of Center for Innovation and Academic Studies;
- Establish PIKA performance standards;
- Helps to coordinate PIKA work program and activities;
- Managing data and administration of Center for Innovation and Academic Studies;
- Provide information services of Center for Innovation and Academic Studies;
- Managing human resources of Center for Innovation and Academic Studies;
- Helps preparing reports of task implementation of Center for Innovation and Academic Studies;
- Academic Innovation Field
- Preparing Academic Innovation Program and Budget Plans;
- Helps to formulate innovations and evidence-based academic policies to realize the mandate, vision and mission of Universitas Gadjah Mada integrated under the coordination of the Rector and Vice Rectors;
- Helps to develop academic innovation and implementation strategy;
- Establish instructions for academic innovation implementation;
- Helps preparing strategic steps of implementation of academic innovation;
- Helps to develop learning methods, evaluation systems, media utilization and learning resources, and implementation strategies;
- To assist in monitoring and evaluation of academic innovation and development of learning method, evaluation system, and utilization of media and learning resources;
- Assist in consulting units for the development and implementation of learning methods, evaluation systems, and feedback mechanisms;
- Help prepare strategic steps of implementation of academic innovation;
- Preparing and deliver reports of task implementation of Academic Innovation to Head of Center for Innovation and Academic Studies;
- Academic Studies Field
- Preparing Program and Budget Plans on Policy Studies and Development;
- Helps to formulate long-term and intermediate academic policies for integrated and integrated and evidence-based University development;
- Make use of academic policy databases from both the central (national) and the internal government of the University and conduct gap analysis for the development of academic policies;
- Assist in evaluating, synchronizing, and refining policies to support the implementation of innovation and academic policies;
- Arrange the technical implementation manual / technical policy manual;
- Preparing and deliver reports of task implementation of Academic Innovation to Head of Center for Innovation and Academic Studies;
